No. We do not travel for only nails services. However, nails are included in our packages.
Each city we service has a bordering city that we do not service. Just like all of our qualifications, we have to draw the line somewhere.
We require a current rabies shot. We also ask that you do not get shots done day of or day before appointment because it adds to their stress levels and most reactions to vaccines do not show up until 24-48 hours after administered.
There are many variables in grooming that can cause the process to take longer. (Lack of maintenance at home between visits, behavior, potty messes or rebathing, coat texture and length, specialty grooms, etc.) We recommend getting on a monthly schedule with us for consistency.
We are typically booked out 4-6 weeks in advance. Before we leave, we recommend booking your next appointment.
Yes. We require 48 hours notice of cancellation/reschedule. Failure to do so will result in $50 fee per pet before you are able to rebook.
If we show up to the appointment and no one is home or answers the door, a minimum of $100 will be required before rebooking. We do not set aside time to start late so if you do not contact us within 5-10 minutes of arrival, the appointment goes to no show status. If you do answer late, we charge $1 per minute past the appointment time.
Parking is a very big issue with such a large vehicle. We do not fit in parking spots, under covered parking, inside parking garages, there are loitering laws, specifics within our insurance policy, etc.
